1.2 General Information: Program Title

This should only be completed with a new program.  For existing programs please do not change the program title (unless required).

The approval of a new program or a program title change needs to be done by the UH system, which may take a long time. The program info will not be updated once the Catalog is published. So, if a program is new or the title needs to be changed, the proposer should submit the proposal as early as possible and notify the Curriculum Committee Chair. 

Example Program Titles:

• Small Business Accounting
• Culinary Arts
• Information Security
