The meaning of intelligence is the ability to change.
The beginning of the semester is a great time to make changes in how you approach your studies….and the Learning Resource Center (LRC) is here to help! The LRC’s friendly front desk aides/tutors offer several useful services:
- Time management and organization workshop: Finding time to study and getting organized can be challenging! One of our front desk staff can show you lots of ways to get control of your time, plan your study, and organize your stuff. We recommend you bring a planner or calendar to this 15-to-30-minute individualized session, which can be by appointment or, if we’re not too busy, on a drop-in basis.
- Mini-tour of the LRC: We offer a lot of free help to students! A quick explanation of our services will take just 3 to 5 minutes -- ask at the front desk!
- Help with computer skills: Need to get up to speed with Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, Google Drive or Laulima? Drop in and ask at the desk!
The LRC front desk is staffed Monday through Thursday from 8:30 - 3:00, and Friday from 8:30 - 2:00.
