AV Services supports the campus by responding to audio-visual (AV) trouble calls. Please submit all trouble calls to ITG Help Desk for appropriate routing.

- Second-level support for Smart Classrooms and Technology Enhanced Classrooms (TECs)
- Second-level support for Ka'ala Room (GT 105)
- Support for Polycom video conferencing systems in the Campus Conference Room, Senate Chambers, Learning Commons, and 'Imi 'Ike building
- Support for Hawaii Interactive Television System (HITS), linking the University of Hawai'i system via two-way video
