Requests for equipment checkout may be made in-person at LC 116 or by email.
24 hour notice is appreciated. Equipment is loaned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Equipment is for official campus use only, no personal usage. In-person reservations are preferred so we can better assist you with what you need. No reservations made more than three weeks in advance. Items will be available for 15 minutes prior and a grace period of 15 minutes after reservation time. If a reservation window is missed, you must resubmit your request, subject to equipment availability. Please review the AV Services' Equipment Checkout Terms and Conditions prior to requesting equipment.
